The ArmorThane Shop is growing. ArmorThane is securing more supply contracts and agreements with manufacturers and companies across the coatings and equipment world, and each one adds to the range of products and parts available in the shop. Here is what that means for applicators, and what it does not.
The news in plain terms
ArmorThane has always done more than make coatings. Since 1989 the company has built spray rigs, trained applicators and sold the equipment its customers spray with. The official ArmorThane Shop already lists more than 1,100 products and parts, including equipment and parts from brands such as Graco, PMC, Carlisle and Viking Pump.
New supply agreements extend that list. As agreements come online, more products and parts will be added to the shop, and more of the things applicators buy from several different vendors today can be bought in one order.
We will announce new product lines here on the blog as they arrive in the shop, under the New Releases tag.
What it means for applicators
More products and parts on the shelf
The biggest threat to a spray business is downtime. Every additional supply agreement is aimed at having more of the parts you actually wear out, such as seals, check valves, strainers, hoses and gun parts, available to order from one source.
One place to buy
Coatings, primers, topcoats, pigments, proportioner parts, gun rebuild kits, transfer pumps, safety gear and masking supplies usually come from a handful of different suppliers. Consolidating them means fewer accounts to manage, fewer shipments to track and fewer chances to forget the one item that stops the job.
Faster fulfillment
Direct relationships with manufacturers are designed to shorten the path from order to delivery. Fewer middle steps means a faster answer on availability and a quicker path to getting the part on your rig.

How to find what's new
-
Search by part number. The fastest way to check whether a part is in the shop is to type the manufacturer's part number into search.
-
Use the Parts Finder. The Parts Finder shows exploded diagrams for popular guns so you can identify a part before you search.
-
Start from the symptom. The Equipment Troubleshooter walks from a problem or error code to the likely cause and the exact part numbers.
-
Follow the blog. New lines will be announced on The ArmorThane Blog.
Pro tip: Keep a written list of the wear parts your crew replaces most often, with part numbers. It makes reordering fast and helps us know which products matter most to you.
What does not change
A longer product list is only useful if the support behind it keeps up. ArmorThane's approach stays the same: a Springfield, Missouri company that makes its own coatings, builds its own spray rigs and trains its own applicators, backed by a tech line that helps you choose the right material or part before you order. New products are added to the same collections and search you already use, so there is nothing new to learn. If a product you rely on changes or a part number is superseded, ask the team and we will help you find the right match.
Applicator pricing still applies
A bigger catalog does not change how pricing works. Approved applicators who sign in through the Applicator Program see their account pricing, and it is applied automatically in the cart and at checkout.
Tell us what to carry next
The best guide to what the shop should add is the list of things applicators are buying somewhere else today. If there is a product, brand or part you wish you could order from ArmorThane, send us a note or call (417) 831-5090. Your requests help shape which products we pursue next.
