The ArmorThane Drum Dolly (EQU141) lets you roll heavy drums of coating material around the shop floor or into position at the rig with far less lifting and strain. Special order only. Contact ArmorThane at (417) 831-5090 for lead time. Features Rolling base for...

The ArmorThane Tailgate Stand (EQU139) supports a removed truck tailgate at a comfortable working height, making it easier to prep, mask and spray bedliner coatings evenly. Features Holds tailgates securely off the floor Better access to the full surface for even coverage Speeds up...

The ArmorThane In-Line Resin Flow Meter (EQU125) installs in the resin line to measure material flow, helping operators monitor output and keep an eye on ratio and material usage. Features In-line installation on the resin side Helps track material usage per job Supports troubleshooting...

The ArmorThane Temperature/Humidity Gauge (EQU101) shows ambient temperature and relative humidity so you can confirm conditions are suitable before applying polyurea, polyurethane and other coatings. Features Displays temperature and relative humidity Helps document job-site conditions Pair with an infrared thermometer (EQU119) for substrate checks...

The ArmorThane ISO Drum Waterbed Heater (EQU115W) is a water-filled heating pad that the drum sits on, providing gentle, even heat to isocyanate (A-side) material. Features Waterbed-style design for gentle, even warming Made for ISO (A-side) drums Helps material feed consistently to the proportioner...

The ArmorThane Heat Blanket (EQU115BL) wraps around a container to gently warm material and hold it at temperature, helping keep viscosity in range for transfer and spraying when the weather turns cold. Features Blanket-style wrap distributes heat over a large surface area Helps keep...

The ArmorThane QC Tank Band Heater (EQU115A) is a band heater for the QC tank on ArmorThane low-pressure spray equipment. Warming the tank helps keep material viscosity in range for consistent flow to the gun. Features Band-style heater sized for the QC tank Helps...

The ArmorThane QC Tank Agitator (SPR117) mixes material inside the QC tank used on ArmorThane low-pressure spray equipment, keeping pigment and resin uniform during spraying. Features Keeps QC tank contents evenly mixed Supports consistent color and material properties Replacement or add-on for ArmorThane QC...

The ArmorThane Drum Agitator (SPR110) mixes material inside the drum so resin (B-side) blends, fillers and pigments stay uniform before and during spraying. Features Keeps resin blends and pigment evenly dispersed Helps deliver consistent color and properties from the first gallon to the last...

The ArmorThane Drum Cradle (EQU106) supports drums securely so they can be stored, positioned and dispensed in a controlled way in the shop or rig. Features Holds drums steady to reduce rolling and tipping Helps organize material storage Useful for dispensing and handling heavy...

The ArmorThane Masking Dispenser (EQU103) speeds up the masking step before spraying bedliners and coatings, helping crews apply masking material quickly and neatly. Features Faster masking prep on vehicles and parts Cleaner edges and less wasted material Keeps masking supplies organized in the shop...

The ArmorThane Digital Gram Scale (EQU110) gives applicators an accurate way to weigh pigments and additives and to verify A:B ratios when performing ratio checks on plural-component equipment. Features Digital readout in grams Useful for pigment measurement and batch consistency Supports routine ratio checks...

The ArmorThane Pail Band Heater (EQU115P) is a band heater sized for pails, used to warm coating material, primers and components that are stored or used in pails rather than drums. Features Band-style heater for pails Helps lower viscosity for easier mixing and pumping...

The ArmorThane Infrared Thermometer (EQU119) gives instant, non-contact temperature readings, so you can check substrate, drum, hose and part temperatures before and during coating application. Features Non-contact surface temperature readings Verify the substrate is within the TDS application range Quick checks on drums, hoses...

The ArmorThane Drum Heater Base (EQU115D) is a heated platform that the drum sits on, warming material from the bottom up. It is useful in cool shops and during winter spraying when material viscosity climbs. Features Heats the drum from the base Combine with...

The ArmorThane Barrel Stick Gauge (EQU120) is a dipstick-style gauge for checking the material level in drums, so you know how much A- and B-side material remains before starting a job. Features Quick visual check of remaining drum material Helps plan jobs and avoid...

The ArmorThane Acetone Plunge Can Dispenser holds cleanup solvent and dispenses a small amount when you press the plunger with a rag, reducing waste, spills and evaporation compared with an open container. Features Press-down plunger delivers solvent only when needed Less solvent waste and...

The ArmorThane Drum Band Heater (EQU115) is a band-style heater that clamps around a steel drum to warm the material inside. Warm material flows and pumps more easily, helping your proportioner reach and hold spray temperature. Features Wraps around the drum for direct heat...

The ArmorThane Air Angle Sander (EQU104) is a pneumatic angle sander for surface preparation. Scuffing and profiling the substrate before spraying helps coatings bond, making this a core prep tool for bedliner and polyurea applicators. Features Air-powered: runs off your shop compressor Angle-head design...

The ArmorThane Cleaning Pick (SUP119) is a small hand tool for clearing ports, passages and cured buildup during routine spray gun cleaning and maintenance. Features Reaches small openings that brushes cannot Handy for daily gun maintenance and cleanup Inexpensive tool to keep in every...
