ArmorThane HighLine 410™ is a fast-setting, rapid-curing, 100% solids aliphatic spray polyurea built for color-critical work on interior and exterior concrete and metal. Because it is aliphatic, it holds its color in sunlight: whites stay white and reds don't turn pink.
Features
- Intrinsic UV resistance and excellent color retention – no separate UV topcoat needed for color stability
- Zero VOC, odorless and seamless
- Low-temperature flexibility; can be applied down to 20°F (-6°C)
- Applies to carbon and mild steel without a primer
- Minimal sag in single or multiple passes

Processing
Precondition material to 70–90°F and spray above 150°F with a high-pressure plural-component proportioner. Substrate should be at least 5°F above the dew point. Foot traffic in 2–4 hours; full service in 12–24 hours. Shelf life is six months in sealed containers.
FAQ
Does HighLine 410 need a UV topcoat? No. It is an aliphatic polyurea formulated for UV stability and color retention on its own.
What equipment is required? It is a 1:1 high-pressure material sprayed hot (above 150°F) through a plural-component proportioner and impingement gun.
